Since the beginning of recorded time the "village blacksmith" has provided useful tools for their local community. In the spirit of this tradition we will use fire and hammer to create a one of a kind hand forged 1.5lb axe for your use and discuss the necessary techniques and process. No experience is required for this class.

PRIVATE TOOL MAKING WORKSHOP

This private hands-on workshop is designed for the anyone wanting to deep dive into the art of tool making. We will spend the day making custom tools for the student to use as they develop their skillset. We typically make a 2.5lb rounding hammer and some smaller hand tools, whatever the student wants to focus on and make. No experience is required for this class.
